The centre should submit the withdrawal application via SSNet One system to MSF immediately, stating the reason and date of child’s withdrawal. Child will be eligible for SCFA subsidy if child is able to meet the attendance requirement based on the total number of days centre is operating for the whole month. If child withdraws from centre by choice without meeting the attendance requirement for the month, child will not be eligible for SCFA subsidy for that month. SCC can submit an appeal for waiver of attendance requirement if the reason for absence does not fall within the valid reasons category.
