Lower-income individuals and families who require financial support with basic living expenses can apply for ComCare online via SupportGoWhere or in person at any Social Service Office (SSO).

The SSOs will assess the applicant’s needs and circumstances, and provide assistance accordingly. Those who need help completing the online application form can call the ComCare call hotline (1800-222-0000), email Ask_SSO@msf.gov.sg, or approach their nearest SSO for assistance.
