If your foreign worker wants to apply for Casino Self-Exclusion and you have a CorpPass account to facilitate the application, you are strongly encouraged to use the online module to assist him/her with the application.

You may do so by accessing the Consolidated Casino Self-Exclusion module via the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg), download the Consolidated Application Form for Self-Exclusion and facilitate the application accordingly.

  • ServiceSG @ Keat Hong Community Club

  • ServiceSG @ Nee Soon Central Community Club

  • ServiceSG Centre One Punggol

  • ServiceSG Centre Our Tampines Hub

To apply for a Singpass, your worker may visit the Singpass website: www.Singpass.gov.sg or contact the Singpass hotline at 6643 0555. He/she may also approach the ServiceSG Centres mentioned above for Singpass application.
