Is it compulsory for my foreign workers to apply for a Self-Exclusion?
It is not compulsory for your foreign worker to apply for a Self-Exclusion with the National Council on Problem Gambling.
The application must be done voluntarily, and the foreign worker must agree to exclude himself or herself.
If your organisation encourages Self-Exclusion, you should speak to the foreign worker to seek his or her consent to be excluded.
