Individuals under Exclusion by Law who are required to enter casinos for work purposes may do so without needing to apply to NCPG. Individuals are encouraged to notify their employers of their exclusion status. They are permitted to enter casinos only through designated employee or vendor entrances and must only engage in defined work activities within the casino premises.
