What will happen if I do not respond to the letter sent by the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) to declare my financial situation under the Third Party Visit Limit?
If you do not provide any information to National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), the Committee of Assessors (COA) will not be able to accurately assess your financial situation. As a result, the Committee may proceed to propose an order based on the limited information available to NCPG. Should you wish to object to the proposed order, you will again be required to provide information to the COA.
