If you are helping your foreign workers to apply for Casino Self-Exclusion, you must have a CorpPass. Your status as the authorised personnel of your organisation will enable you to submit applications online for the foreign workers in your organisation.

As their employer, you are required to explain the terms and conditions stated in the application form to your foreign workers.
 
Please ensure that you have all the valid signatures on the completed Consolidated Application Forms and have read all the declarations carefully before submitting the application.

You may facilitate the application by accessing the Apply Self-Exclusion (For Organisations) module via the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website (www.ncpg.org.sg), download the Consolidated Application Form and submit the application accordingly.
