Can I cancel my vehicle purchase because of the PARF change? / How will dealers and buyers who signed purchase agreements before 12 February but have not secured COEs be supported during this transition?
Vehicle purchase agreements are commercial contracts between buyers and motor dealers.
Buyers who have entered into purchase agreements prior to the announcement but have yet to secure a COE may wish to discuss with their respective dealers to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
