Can a spouse of an Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass holder apply for multiple Letters of Consent (LOC)?

No. A spouse can only hold one LOC at a time, as they are only allowed to work for one employer. If the spouse owns a business, they are considered employed by their own company and cannot apply for an additional LOC to work for another employer.
