Currently, iReport only supports PDF file uploads. If your document is in an unsupported format (such as JPG or ZIP file), please convert it to PDF before uploading.

For documents pertaining to the Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claim, we recommend using the WIC Management eservice portal, which supports a wider range of file formats and provides full visibility of all submitted documents.
