What support is available for workers with language or literacy difficulties when attending Safety Orientation Courses (SOC) courses?

Training providers offer courses in up to 8 languages. Register workers for courses in the language they understand best. 

For Construction, Marine and Metalworking SOC digital assessments, workers can use the Text-to-Speech (TTS) function to hear questions and answers. Contact your training providers directly to confirm TTS availability in specific languages before registration.
