How do I reinstate an In-Principle Approval (IPA) or a Work Permit (WP) that was revoked due to Safety Orientation Courses (SOC) failure?
Follow these steps in order:
- Ensure the worker register for and passes the required SOC
- Confirm you have sufficient quota and up-to-date levy payment.
- Submit reinstatement request through WP Online before the deadline stated in the revocation letter.
- Pay the non-refundable transaction fee
Please note that if the reinstatement is successful, you will be liable to pay the levy for the period during which the work permit was revoked.
