MOM is requiring construction sector employers to submit a monthly declaration on salary payments to ensure that migrant workers continue to get paid salaries in a timely manner.

Declaration of payment for June 2026 salaries

If you have migrant workers in the construction sector, you must make an online declaration:

  • On whether June 2026 salaries have been paid and if there are any outstanding salaries from previous months
  • By 11.59pm on 22 July 2026 (Wednesday)
The construction sector includes companies which undertake activities relating to:
  • Building construction
  • Civil engineering
  • Specialised construction activities such as electrical works, renovation services and air-conditioning installation
