What happens if my dormitory cannot complete the retrofitting works by 2030?

All dormitories are required to fully comply with the DTS interim standards by 31 December 2030. Dormitories that fail to comply may face enforcement action.

Dormitories applying for DTS grant must complete retrofitting works and meet the DTS interim standards by 31 December 2030 to be eligible for the grant. Claims will not be accepted for works completed after 31 December 2030.
