Am I eligible for the Dormitory Transition Scheme (DTS) grant if my current dormitory licence is expiring soon?
Yes, your dormitory will be eligible if you had received the notification from MOM earlier that your dormitory is required to undergo DTS. The grant eligibility will not be affected by the expiry date of your current FEDA licence,if you hold a valid FEDA licence as of 28 February 2026.
If your current FEDA licence is expiring and you plan to continue operating the dormitory, you should submit an application to renew your licence.
