What are the requirements if my company wishes to hire a foreigner to provide massage services?
If you wish to hire a foreigner as a Masseur, Health & Spa Therapist, Foot Reflexologist, or Manicurist, you must first obtain the Category 1 Massage Establishment (ME) Licence from the Singapore Police Force (SPF).

Once you receive your ME licence, you can update us. We will notify you when you can submit an application to hire for the position.
If your company no longer holds a valid Category 1 ME licence, you must cancel these Work Permits.
