What formats should ConSASS supporting documents be in?

The accepted supporting document formats for the Construction Safety Audit Scoring System (ConSASS) are:

Microsoft Word files
Microsoft Excel files
PDF
.txt files
JPEG and TIF files

You can submit multiple files, but each file must be 2MB or smaller.
