Do I still need to conduct my Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) audit?

Updated by MOM

Yes.

The safety case requires the MHI to demonstrate the robustness of SHMS implemented in your workplace, which is done through periodic audits by an independent party.

Conducting the audit once every 24 months is consistent with the requirements of the Second Schedule of the WSH (Safety & Health Management System and Auditing) Regulations.
