Is it necessary to send my employees working off-site for medical monitoring?
Yes, if your employees are exposed to any of the occupational hazards listed in the First Schedule of the Workplace Safety and Health (Medical Examinations) Regulations 2011 during the course of their work, you must send them for the required medical examination regardless of where the exposure took place.
If your employees are involved in noisy processes or operating noisy machineries/tools, you should send them for audiometric examinations.
