Your employees need to complete the respective PWM training requirements only once. As long as your employees have completed the relevant WSQ courses, they are considered to have met the training requirements. This includes WSQ courses completed before joining your company.

However, if the training certificates attained have an expiry date, your employees should attend a refresher course or another course that is suitable for their job level after the certificates have expired.

This requirement will be subject to future reviews by the respective tripartite clusters.
