How to pay my employee wages that meet PWM if they took unpaid leave for part of the month or whole month?

You are required to pay your employee who was on unpaid leave the PWM wage requirement on a pro-rated basis:

If your employee was on unpaid leave for a whole month, you would not be required to pay the PWM wage requirement for that month.
