Can retail-related tertiary-level certification count towards retail PWM training?
New hires and existing employees who graduated from retail related courses from either ITE, Polytechnics or from Work-Study Programmes in retail related courses will be exempted from training requirements.
New or existing local full and part-time retail employees who have completed the same or higher proficiency level for any of the listed training modules would be considered to have met the PWM training requirements.
