My employee is currently covered under MediShield Life. What will happen to their MediShield Life cover if I buy an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) for them?
All Integrated Shield Plans (IP) have a MediShield Life component and an additional private insurance component. Hence, your employee’s MediShield Life cover will continue when you buy them an IP. In addition, they will not have exclusions for their MediShield Life cover, even if there are exclusions for the additional private insurance component of their IP.
