What should I do if I did not get a slip for failed card delivery but only got an SMS?
Some buildings do not allow us to leave the failed delivery slip at the security counter or reception counter. In any case, we will send an SMS to inform you that there was a failed delivery.
Another SMS with the delivery time slot will be sent to the authorised recipient 1 working day before the second delivery date.
If this is the second failed delivery, you will need to collect the card at MOM 3 working days later:
- For Work Permits, S Pass holders and their dependants, go to MOM Services Centre - Hall C.
- For Employment Pass holders and their dependants, go to the Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC).
You do not need to make an appointment for card collection.
In the meantime, your pass holder can view their digital work pass and employment information in the SGWorkPass app. Guide your worker to download SGWorkPass app and set up their digital work pass if they have not done so. Help them to register or reset their Singpass, if needed.
You may also log in to WP Online or EP eService to check on the card delivery status.
