What if my worker leaves the Onboard centre early?
Billing will be made according to the services consumed at the Onboard centre. If your worker leaves the Onboard centre early, any unconsumed service that was charged at the point of booking will be automatically refunded. You can access the Onboard Booking System (OBS) to view the amount refunded.
