Typically, existing non-Malaysian Work Permit holders transferring from one employer to another do not need to attend the Settling-in Programme (SIP).

However, it is possible that your worker has missed the SIP during their previous employment and will need to attend one at Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC) Recreation Club @ Soon Lee.
