My company is employing an existing non-Malaysian Work Permit holder from another company. However, the in-principle approval (IPA) indicates that he needs to attend the Settling-in Programme (SIP). Can my worker be exempted from SIP?
However, it is possible that your worker has missed the SIP during their previous employment and will need to attend one at Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC) Recreation Club @ Soon Lee.
