You can:

  • Call the Police at 999 if you are in danger.
    OR
  • Call the MDW Helpline at 1800 339 5505 (Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm) to speak to an MOM officer.
    The helpline is strictly for MDWs in distress. For other matters, contact MOM.

Note that airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
