If your workers’ particulars on the in-principle approval (IPA) letters are incorrect, you must update their information before bringing them into Singapore. Otherwise, they may be denied entry.

To update worker’s

Use

Name
Date of birth
Marital status
Passport number or expiry date

WP Online for foreign workers employed by businesses

FDW eService for foreign domestic workers (FDWs)

Request form to update worker’s particulars for:

Once you have received our email that the details have been updated, please re-print the IPA letter. Give the worker a copy of the updated IPA letter to enter Singapore.
