My work pass application has been rejected. The rejection reason indicated that there were inconsistencies between information declared in the application form and the verification proof document submitted. What does it mean and what can I do?
Your application will be rejected if:
- The information declared in the application does not match up with the information in the verification proof document.
- There are data entry errors in your application form.
If the errors were made unintentionally, you may submit an appeal after rectifying the errors made. If there are still errors, your application may be rejected again.
This information is sourced from MOM.
