I’ve registered for my card, but MOM has not yet contacted me about the card delivery date. What should I do?
Make sure the documents you submitted were complete and correct.
If you registered at MOM Service Centre Hall C, or at the Employment Pass Services Centre, check if you received an advisory requesting for additional documents.
If you submitted online (for card renewal), check if you received an SMS asking you to re-submit the documents.
Once all the documents are received and verified, we’ll send an SMS or an email to the authorised recipients.
Your employer or employment agent can also check the card delivery status for you, using WP Online or EP eService.
In the meantime, your pass holder can view their digital work pass and employment information in the SGWorkPass app. Guide your worker to download SGWorkPass app and set up their digital work pass if they have not done so. Help them to register or reset their Singpass, if needed.
