For	You need to
Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) card number	Refer to ICA’s email or message containing details of the SG Arrival Card.
Date of Short-Term Visit Pass issued and Number of days permitted to stay in Singapore	Refer to ICA’s stamp on the passport
Instruction to upload the D/E card	Upload the passport page showing the pass holder’s date of arrival in Singapore instead.
