I am an existing Employment Pass (EP) holder. Should I cancel my EP if I want to apply for the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass?
No, you do not need to cancel your existing pass to apply for the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass. You should ask your current employer to cancel your EP only after your Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass application is approved and when you are ready to get the pass issued.
Do note that once your EP is cancelled, you are not permitted to work until you get your Overseas Networks and Expertise Pass issued.
