Why am I still receiving the notification letter regarding unauthorised BCSS certificates if the worker has already left my company?
The intent of the letter is to notify you of the offence committed by your ex-worker.
MOM has sent the notification letter to all affected employers’ to the last known address in MOM’s system.
If the worker has already left your company, treat the notification letter as information update on the worker and no action is required on your part.
All affected workers are also sent a copy of the notification letter.
