Yes. It is mandatory for all mobile cranes to be equipped with data loggers that meet MOM's requirements.
The requirements are:
- All mobile cranes registered with MOM on or after 1 August 2015 will have to be equipped with data loggers.
- All existing registered mobile cranes that are registered before 1 August 2015 will be required to be retrofitted with data loggers by 1 August 2018.
