My WSH training certificate does not display my NRIC or FIN number. What should I do?

Certificates without NRIC or FIN numbers are not accepted by MOM for applications to be a WSH professional and Competent Person or approved personnel under a MOM-approved WSH service provider.

If you are a Singapore citizen or PR, you need to get your course provider to re-issue your certificate so that it clearly displays your NRIC.

If you are a work pass holder and your certificate was issued with your passport number or without any identification number, you need to get your course provider to re-issue your certificate so that it clearly displays your FIN number.
