Change in entity UEN No change in entity UEN If you have an existing Do this Factory notification or registration Submit a new factory application under the new UEN using GoBusiness. Log in to GoBusiness using the new UEN Corppass to get a new workplace number after your application is approved. Non-factory workplace record Create a new non-notifiable workplace record using WSH eService . Log in to WSH eService using the new UEN Corppass to get a new workplace number after your application is approved and fee is paid, where applicable. After completing the above steps, you will also need to re-register Lifting Equipment or Pressure Vessels linked to your existing workplace or factory record, using the new workplace number. You do not need to submit a new factory application or create a new workplace record if there is no change in work activities.
