Can I request for new CP card if I have lost or damaged my old laminated paper certificate card?

No, we will not reissue another CP card if it has been lost or damaged.

However, you may notify MOM regarding the lost CP card by submitting a copy of the police report indicating lost CP card. We will issue a certification letter as a replacement for the missing or damaged card.

A new CP card will be issued only upon your next successful renewal.
