Can I get a replacement forklift licence or certificate if I lost mine?

MOM does not issue any forklift licences.

When you complete the WSQ Operate Forklift Course, you will receive a certificate to verify that you are competent to operate forklifts below 5 tonnes.

If you lose your forklift certificate, you should check with your training provider to replace your certificate.

Alternatively, if you lose it after more than 2 years of operating the forklift, we recommend that you to re-attend the WSQ Operate Forklift Course.

The Singapore Standard SS 573:2012 Code of Practice for the Safe Use of Powered Counterbalanced Forklifts recommends that forklift operators should attend refresher training at least once every 3 years.
