What can I do if my employees are not keen to take up training?
You are expected to adhere to the respective PWM training requirements for all your local employees covered under the PWM.
You should try to engage and encourage your employee to fulfil the required training requirements. If your employee still refuses to take up the required training, you may approach the relevant union, if applicable, or contact us for assistance.
