How should I compute my employee’s leave entitlements if he converts from full-time employment to part-time employment (or vice versa)?
The Employment Act does not provide for calculating leave entitlement when an employee converts from full-time to part-time (or vice versa) employment. You could discuss this with your employee and agree on how to calculate the entitlements.
