Your prospective employer needs to be an established company.

If not, you may re-apply for the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass after you have earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 for the12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application.

Alternatively, you may apply for another work pass, such as the Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, EntrePass or Tech.Pass.
