Are the PWM wage requirements inclusive of CPF contributions?
The PWM wage requirements include employees’ CPF contributions, but not employers’ CPF contributions.
If the PWM monthly wage requirement is $2,500, employers may offer $2,500 in wages (inclusive of employee’s CPF contributions).
Employers cannot offer $2,000 in wages and $500 in employer CPF contributions.
