Back to home

If my employee wants to stay home to care for their child with COVID-19 or respiratory symptoms, what are the options for work arrangements?

Updated by MOM

If your employee is able to work from home, you may allow them to do so.

If working from home is not possible, they should use their annual leave or childcare leave for the period of absence.

If they have used up their childcare or annual leave, you are encouraged to exercise compassion and flexibility by granting additional paid leave.
