What if card delivery has to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. heavy rain, haze etc.)?
We will send you an SMS to inform you of any delay. A follow-up call or SMS will be made to confirm the next delivery date.
In the meantime, your pass holder can view their digital work pass and employment information in the SGWorkPass app. Guide your worker to download SGWorkPass app and set up their digital work pass if they have not done so. Help them to register or reset their Singpass, if needed.
