I uploaded documents when getting a Work Permit issued or renewed. What does it mean when the document status is "Follow up"?
It means that the documents you have uploaded are incorrect, unclear or incomplete.
You need to log in to resubmit the documents (by selecting “Re-Submit” under the menu).
