What should I do if the notice of computation (NOC) or notice of assessment (NOA) missed out an injury part?

You have to raise an objection to the NOC/NOA within 14 days via Management of Work Injury Compensation (WIC) Claims indicating the injury part that was not assessed.

Please upload supporting documents that substantiate the injury was sustained from the same work accident.
