I have been approved to be a Asbestos-removal Contractor. When will I receive the certificate?

The approval letter and certificate will be emailed to the email address indicated in your online application upon approval of your Asbestos-removal Contractor application.

If you have not received it after 7 working days, the appointed eService User of your company would have to send us an official request letter using your company letterhead, stating that you have not received the certificate.
