I currently have a factory notification or factory certificate of registration, but have been assessed to be an MHI. What should I do?
If your workplace was notified to be an MHI before 1 September 2017, your factory notification or factory certificate of registration would have been automatically transited to the MHI Certificate of Registration.
Otherwise, you need to:
- Register as an MHI.
- After the MHI Certificate of Registration has been issued, you need to terminate your factory notification or factory certificate of registration.
