The following factors will affect whether companies may attract additional scrutiny:
- Companies that have weak workforce profiles, including those that score poorly on COMPASS C3 (Diversity) or C4 (Support for local employment).
- Companies that have complaints of discriminatory (including nationality-based) hiring practices.
