If your company has not made any salary declarations and CPF contributions, the foreign worker quota will be calculated based on your company’s first month’s salary declaration and CPF contribution for your local employees.

This quota will then determine the number of migrant workers you can hire now.

After that, your foreign worker quota will be based on the last 3 months’ salary declaration and CPF contribution.

You can also find out how your foreign worker quota will be calculated when you hire new employees in future.
